Mr. Bessey specializes in the areas of business law and commercial real estate. He holds a state license as a building contractor and real estate broker in both Michigan and Florida. He is a member of the Lee County Bar, The Florida Bar (member, Probate and Real Estate Sections), Twenty-Third Circuit Bar and the American Bar Associations; State Bar of Michigan (member, Probate and Estate Planning Section, Real Property Section, Taxation Section); the District of Columbia Bar; Mid-Northern Michigan Home Builders Association; the Lee Building Industry.
